I’ll be subbing Mat Pilates for three Saturdays in December at 10:00am at Downward Dog.
CLASS DESCRIPTION FROM DOWNWARD DOG
Discover the perfect synergy of strength and tranquility in our 50-minute Pilates class. We use various props: squish balls, toning weights, blocks and more, to embrace the philosophy that true strength arises from a blend of effort and ease to welcome a more centred self.
